Because of this, endeavour to keep all parties fully informed every step of the way and pride ourselves on having surveyors who are both approachable and happy to answer any queries. We will contact your vendors and book surveys with them immediately on receipt of your instruction.

We are seeing more people opting to have an additional survey carried out, particularly where they may be getting a free valuation, and we will do our best to fit in with the timescales required and we also offer a fast track service if it’s very urgent.
