Tyser Greenwood Surveyors act for a number of Panel Managers, and all our staff appreciate that the service we provide to you reflects directly on your relationship with your clients. We understand that we represent you as well as ourselves when carrying out any work you send to us.

We utilise both Quest and xit2 software, as well as other bespoke systems, and we are happy to discuss any particular needs that you or your clients may have to ensure the efficient processing of all jobs.

All our administrators and surveyors are focused on turnaround times and we closely monitor this crucial performance standard to ensure the best possible service is continually maintained. We currently turnaround over 90% of Mortgage Valuations and similar reports in less than 4 days, with an average number of days per job fractionally over 3. More detailed reports are issued on average within 5-7 days.
