Saturday 12th January saw the eagerly anticipated Badger Holdings Annual Conference and Gala Awards Dinner held at the beautifully set Beaumont House in Old Windsor. This eminent event for Townends & Regents estate agents, dot financial services and Tyser Greenwood surveyors (TGS) was attended by over 250 staff, as well as a guest speaker from Premier Mortgage Service.

As the Directors presentations of each of their businesses within the group were finished, it was time for the awards to be presented to individuals and branches that have had exceptional results and achievements throughout 2007. Two of those awards were rightfully awarded to two TGS employees for ‘Top Surveyor 2007, invoiced business’ sponsored by Toogoods (insurance intermediary) and ‘Top Surveyor 2007, invoiced business % against target’ sponsored by Ashfords Solicitors. The latter was won by Collet D’arby-Mosudisa who looks after the Greenford area and the other was awarded to Marc Elton who is in charge of the Edgware area.

Commenting on the awards, Richard Kitt, Managing Director of TGS commented: “Both Collet and Marc have worked extremely hard throughout the year and these awards are a well deserved token of our appreciation and testament to their success. I believe that by recognising our staff and therefore their potential to grow and progress even further is the key to the on-going success of both themselves and the business.
